• Special screw for processing PVC, UPVC, CPVC and Powder PVC, efficient thermosetting capacity, ensure high quality products.
• Special designed structure of safety door, can meet core in/out requirements for PVC products (especially for fitting long core pull mold).
• Hard chroming nozzle, big nozzle hole are suitable for processing PVC products.
• Barrel with blower to ensure exactly temperature control, even the Rigid PVC with narrow plasticizing range.
• Increased hydraulic motor capacity to meet the high torque that the PVC Powder needs in plasticization.
• Two core pull function (2 in & 2 out for each one).
